How do we standardize software for you?
We study your plants across multiple departments and establish a baseline at one plant and then proceed systematically to multiple locations whether its quarries, crushers or stockyards. Standardized material codes, MT/Unit sales, site identities, customer records, and approval limits are clearly established at appropriate sites. Mobile switches are verified, and after customer approval consolidated reporting, access limits and relevant hardware integrations using the actual site transactions are implemented.
Later on expansion gates for reconciliation, stock variance, collection timelines, downtime and owner interventions are agreed before the pilot is completed.
